Lucero Opposes "Unnecessary" Fee

Tom Lucero (CD-4 Candidate) opposed a $70 fee for undergrad students at CU. Lucero was the only one to vote against this which passed 8-1. The fee is starting to cause an uproar with the students who have to pay it.
